[7:30 PM] In addition to the wind, hail & tornado potential, torrential rainfall is occurring w/ these storms, which may temporarily overload drainage capabilities. Some localized flooding will be possible, esp. in west-central OH, Miami Valley, & east-central IN thru 10 PM.
